Managing multi locations via one Referrizer account

Two neighboring studios, one larger (home studio) and one smaller, operate within a two-mile radius. The home studio offers more services. They maintain a single Instagram and Facebook account, and share one email address but have two phone numbers due to separate Referrizer accounts. They use two Referrizer accounts linked to two separate POW accounts. They want to share memberships between locations. The challenge arises when sending emails to non-members: members in one account are non-members in the other, resulting in double emails.
