Hello, We are having an issue where some of our key customers (and employees) intended to stop receiving text notifications OR email notifications, and in unsubscribing to one of those platforms, they end up not receiving notices from either channel. This is a problem and has resulted in multiple students not receiving important emails. Please fix this so they can unsubscribe from one versus another platform without compromising their ability to interact with the business entirely.

Would there be a way to categorize messages differently within the Referrizer system? Emails that are "important" like about closures or schedule changes vs. Marketing emails and have the capability for our current students to always receive the "important" emails but they could opt out of the non essential ones.
