need to be able to merge contacts. It's super inefficient when you try to add a person and their email or phone # already exists and you can't merge it. For such an expensive monthly fee your software should be better

agreed...i have many issues where people need to be merged....it cause an issue for me cause one of my clients had 2 accounts. One was active and she was getting loyalty points for coming to class....the other looked like it was from a call at some point and it put her in my "past clients" list. When I ran a win back deal, it sent to her as a past student even though she had been regularly coming to class.
